Terms of Service
Welcome to Tradie Code. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tradie Code website, software platform and related services operated by Tradie Code Pty Ltd (ABN 16 700 500 349). By using Tradie Code you agree to these Terms.
If you have a separately signed service agreement with Tradie Code, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
1. Services
Tradie Code provides software, lead management tools, CRM functionality, website integrations, Meta Lead Ads integrations and related marketing technology for trade businesses.
Tradie Code does not guarantee the number or quality of leads generated.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account
- ensuring your login credentials remain confidential
- ensuring all information supplied is accurate
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform
- interfere with security
- upload malicious software
- attempt unauthorised access
- use the platform for unlawful purposes
4. Third Party Services
Tradie Code integrates with services including Meta, Google and other third-party providers.
Availability of these integrations depends on the relevant provider and may change without notice.
5. Leads
Tradie Code delivers enquiries received from connected lead sources.
Tradie Code does not guarantee:
- lead quality
- conversion rates
- job values
- customer availability
6. Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, graphics, workflows and platform functionality remain the property of Tradie Code unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradie Code is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of Tradie Code is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
Tradie Code may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
