Tradie Code does not guarantee the number or quality of leads generated.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• ensuring your login credentials remain confidential
• ensuring all information supplied is accurate

You agree not to:

• misuse the platform
• interfere with security
• upload malicious software
• attempt unauthorised access
• use the platform for unlawful purposes

Tradie Code integrates with services including Meta, Google and other third-party providers.

Availability of these integrations depends on the relevant provider and may change without notice.

Tradie Code delivers enquiries received from connected lead sources.

Tradie Code does not guarantee:

• lead quality
• conversion rates
• job values
• customer availability

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services.

All software, branding, graphics, workflows and platform functionality remain the property of Tradie Code unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradie Code is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Your use of Tradie Code is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Tradie Code may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
