User Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your personal information, email:

support@tradiecode.com.au

Use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or enquiry, such as:

• your full name
• your email address
• your phone number, where applicable
• the business or Facebook Page connected to your request
• a brief description of the information you would like deleted

For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.

Once your request has been verified, Tradie Code will:

• locate the relevant personal information
• delete or anonymise it where appropriate
• remove associated Meta connection data where requested
• confirm when the request has been completed

We aim to respond to valid deletion requests within 30 days.

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or regulatory purposes.

You may also remove Tradie Code’s access through your Facebook settings by reviewing the business integrations connected to your account.

Removing the integration may stop future data from being shared with Tradie Code, but it may not automatically delete information already stored. To request deletion of previously stored information, follow the email process above.
